Dr. Gregor Dalvai is Managing Director and partner of the real estate agency Immobili Bolzano srl.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at WU Vienna and a Master’s in Real Estate Management at FH Vienna, he built a solid foundation of expertise in the real estate sector. This know-how was further deepened through international practical experience, particularly in the field of property valuation.
As a real estate agent registered with the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the South Tyrolean Association of Real Estate Agents, he brings not only professional expertise but also a strong network to his day-to-day work. His excellent market knowledge and deep connection to the region make him a competent, reliable point of contact for all matters relating to buying, selling, and valuing property.

Nadia Bizzo has been Office Manager at Immobili Bolzano srl since 2020.
She’s the first point of contact for our clients. As the main on-site contact person, she ensures a smooth workflow and coordinates all organisational activities.
With her kindness and dedication, she’s an indispensable part of the office’s day-to-day operations. She handles organisation and client communication, and supports the team across many areas.
